AI from Within
Developing the human instrument that procedure cannot replace
This program is based on the AI series published on AwareLife. If you haven’t read the final article yet, start there — it explains the problem this program addresses and the research behind it: How to Work With AI From the Inside Out
Who This Is For
You use AI extensively in professional work. You’ve learned the prompting techniques. You know how to ask better questions, request sources, push back on vague answers.
And still — sometimes you accept something you shouldn’t have. Sometimes the output pulls you in a direction that felt right in the moment and turned out to be wrong. Sometimes you finish a session and something feels slightly off but you can’t name what.
This isn’t a skill gap. It’s an instrument gap.
The research is precise: automation bias affects experts more than novices, because expertise increases trust in sophisticated output. A 140-radiologist study found that years of experience and familiarity with AI tools failed to predict resistance to bias. The procedural checks people rely on arrive after the bias has already operated.
What operates before the checks is not procedural. It’s the pre-cognitive body signal — the felt sense that something is off before you can say why. That signal is what makes you a reliable collaborator with AI. It has to be developed, not downloaded.
This program develops it.
What the Program Includes
4 sessions over a maximum of 3 months, delivered via video call (60 minutes each)
Session 1 — Foundation Introduction, full program review, personal goals, and foundational exercises. You leave with a clear understanding of what the instrument is, why it matters in AI collaboration specifically, and the first exercises to begin developing it.
Session 2 — Review and Finetuning (approximately 1 week after Session 1) Review of practice, identification of gaps, adjustments to the exercise approach based on your specific experience.
Session 3 — Advanced Exercises (up to 1 month after Session 2) Deeper work on the signal. Q&A on what has emerged in practice. Introduction of exercises beyond the foundational level.
Session 4 — Real Practice (timing agreed with you) Live practice on an unfamiliar task where the developed instrument is the only reliable guide. This is where the development becomes visible.
Between sessions: Email and DM support for clarification when something prevents practice or requires explanation. Not a substitute for sessions.
Deliverable: Exercises book and guidance materials.
First 10 participants also receive: 3 months of chat support after program completion.
The Founding Cohort
The first 10 participants join at the founding price of $150 — reflecting 4 hours of direct work. This is a time-limited offer for the founding cohort only. The program will be revised and repriced after the first cohort completes.
